
Mezcal Kiss
2 oz. Hedonistas de la Fe Espadin Mezcal
2-3 Fresh Strawberries
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp. Agave
1 oz. Cointreau
Kosher Salt
Garnish: Strawberries, Lime
Glassware: Double Short Glass
Method: Place salt on a shallow plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim
of a rocks glass, then dip it into salt. In the glass, muddle 2 to 3 strawberries with agave syrup. Add Espadin mezcal, Cointreau, and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and stir to
combine. Garnish with a strawberries and lime wedge.
