The Smoked Harvest Old Fashioned

2 Ounces Hedonistas Espadin Mezcal
1/4 Ounce Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Cranberry Bitters
1 Dash Black Walnut Bitters

Garnish: Charred Orange Wheel
Glassware: Double Old-fashioned/ Large Rocks
Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or beaker and stir over ice. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish.
