2 oz Hedonistas Mezcal
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz Cointreau (or another Orange Liqueur like Triple Sec)
½ oz agave syrup (Adjust to taste)
Ice Cubed
Garnish: Chili Salt or Tajín for the Rim
Method: Prepare the glass. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass. Dip the rim in chili salt or tajín for a smoky-spicy kick. In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
