2 oz Hedonistas Espadin Mezcal 1 oz Peach Puree 0.5 oz Lemon Syrup (1:1 Lemon Juice and Sugar) 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice 3–4 Pink Peppercorns (Lightly Crushed)
Garnish: Peach Slice and Peppercorn Rim Method: Crush pink peppercorns and mix with coarse (turbinado) sugar (2:1 sugar to peppercorns). Dip the glass rim in lime juice, then roll in the mix. This gives a sweet, floral, peppery bite.
